This commitment has led our company to invest in a new measuring machine for the Quality Control Office, enhancing its ability to ensure the highest standards of quality of products. 

In line with the theme of Industry 4.0, which aims to facilitate the transition to a new generation manufacturing system within the Digital Design and Manufacturing and Manufacturing Automation & Monitoring sectors, Molinati has decided to participate in the regional call for projects aimed at supporting productive investments for business innovation.

The project, promoted by the Emilia-Romagna Region, aims to stimulate the competitiveness and sustainability of manufacturing companies and those operating in production services within the regional territory through support for innovative and sustainable investments.

The introduction of our new machinery into the production process has not only heightened productivity and sustainability within our internal company processes but also owes much to the innovative approach of our quality and control system. Consequently, these processes have become notably more dynamic and effective in ensuring product precision and standardization.

The goal within the Molinati company is to have the appropriate tools to achieve production excellence with zero-defect processes and products, allowing us to consolidate our position within the rack and pinion mechanical transmission supply chain and to promote our positioning in new markets.
